Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated professional with experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM or 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM).
Weekend Availability:
Optional shifts may be available but are not mandatory.
On-Call Responsibilities:
Phone consultations only.
Call Frequency:
Currently, the coverage ratio is 1:10 across three facilities.
Patient Load:
Manage a diverse patient base daily.
Patient Demographics:
Treating individuals from young children to seniors, including newborns in pediatrics.
Required Procedures:
Competence in performing all standard medical procedures on-site.
Insurance Mix:
63% Medi-Cal, 16% Medicare, 9% Cash, 12% Commercial Insurance.
EHR System:
Utilization of E-Clinical Works.
Employment Type:
Full-time position with comprehensive benefits for both the employee and their family.
