We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada in Grass Valley, California. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work in a collaborative environment with a group of like-minded physicians who are dedicated to their community.
About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Primary Care Physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to making a positive impact in our community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide a range of medical services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement
- Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
