Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Management
  • Champion the company's people policies and values, ensuring that restaurant management and team members are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish individual performance targets for restaurant management and direct reports, ensuring that performance planning and assessment processes are followed.
  • Lead performance management systems, including talent review and succession planning.
  • Mentor and sponsor high-potential individuals, focusing on meeting staffing needs and diversity targets.
Business Results
  • Collaborate with the market manager and financial team to develop the annual business plan, setting profit center targets and driving sales and transaction growth.
  • Accountable for achieving business plan targets, using data and insights to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide guidance and reviews with the market manager on reinvestment plans, including restaurant openings, remodels, and equipment purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
Operations Analysis
  • Focus on delivering quality, service, and cleanliness in all restaurants, collecting and analyzing business data to drive improvement.
  • Develop solutions to organizational problems and inefficiencies, working with restaurant teams to create and execute improvement plans.
  • Support and develop general managers to teach restaurant teams to execute restaurant systems that produce high operational levels.
  • Establish processes and guidelines for general managers to ensure local store marketing, promotions, and new product execution.
