Full-Time Pediatric Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Tumwater, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Provide therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain detailed records.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in Washington.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary based on experience: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
