Job Overview:This role offers the ideal candidate an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to students in a fast-paced school setting. The successful LPN will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining excellent relationships with school staff, students, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Healthcare Services: Provide direct healthcare services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school staff to address student health and wellness needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students.
- Screenings and Assessments: Conduct thorough health screenings and assessments to identify potential health issues.
- Current LPN license required.
- Prior experience in school or pediatric nursing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
