Job Summary:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Review and update medication records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, and concerns to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.

Requirements:

  • LPN or LVN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
