About the Role
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, answering questions, and providing guidance on insurance products and coverage options. This role requires a strong ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively to provide personalized service.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help and support customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
