Bilingual Screener and Client Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Screener Client Coordinator to join our team at Consejo Counseling and Referral Service.
In this role, you will conduct phone and in-person screenings, consult with therapists and program managers, and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screenings to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
- Consult with therapists and program managers to ensure timely response to client referrals.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with agency staff, community agencies, and health services providers.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $20.00 - $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
