Position Summary:
The role of the Final Scale Operations Associate involves accurately recording and labeling the weight of product stacks in baskets or large containers. The work area is equipped with a scale for weighing the stacks and a monitor for displaying the weight. The associate will utilize a receipt pad to document the product type and weight, attaching the receipt to the respective stack. Occasionally, the associate may need to work in the freezer area to complete the labeling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and label weights of product stacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to walk, climb, stand, balance, stoop, crouch, reach, handle, push, and pull.
  • Willingness to work in a wet environment.
  • Must pass BTE Level 3 assessment.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
