Qualifications:

As a Tax Consultant, you should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in preparing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.

You must possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation expertise and comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations, as well as an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of taxation and are dedicated to enhancing our brand by providing exceptional customer service.

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic about engaging with clients through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.


Requirements:

You must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit's security standards. Additionally, you should be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist our clients in completing their tax filings using Intuit TurboTax products. By offering tax guidance, comprehensive return preparation, tax calculations, and addressing product/software inquiries, you will contribute to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." You will leverage government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to clients in clear, everyday language.

This is a virtual, client-facing position, where you will utilize advanced video communication software to interact with clients and document interactions to maintain precise records.
