About the Role
This Brand Ambassador - Customer Care position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Carters Inc. As a key member of our Consumer Affairs team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our social media presence. You will work closely with our Consumer Affairs Manager and Supervisor to develop and implement processes that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (40%):
• Respond to customer inquiries and address issues across multiple social media platforms
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold a positive brand image
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure resolution of customer concerns
• Participate in individual and team trainings and meetings
• Maintain accurate customer data and confidentiality

Process Improvement (30%):
• Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the Consumer Affairs team to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data to inform process improvements and optimize customer experience
• Implement changes to processes and procedures as needed

Team Support (30%):
• Support team members with customer responses and oversee email and phone coverage
• Develop and coordinate regular department reporting and information gathering
• Assist with schedule assignments, tasks, and special projects

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, Multitasking and Time Management

Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience.
