Job Summary:
As a Seafood Quality Control Specialist at Sysco, you will be responsible for ensuring the final quality check of products before they are boxed. This includes proper labeling of the product according to the work order.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper icing of all fish orders.
• Assist in the salmon line run.
• Responsible for the proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood according to work orders.
• Accurate completion of all work orders for Customer service.
• May assist in salmon prep, other species prep, filleting, and line production.
