The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Status Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including risk and issue management.
- Country Transformation Plan: Develop and implement a country transformation plan, including communication, change management, and training to ensure operational readiness.
- Transition of Country Finance and Procurement Services: Manage the transition of country finance and procurement services to the Global Business Operations (GBO) team.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships with local country leadership and global program leadership teams.
- Project Management Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- SAP Implementation Experience: Proven experience in SAP implementation, including SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba.
- Business Transformation Experience: Experience in global business transformation and change management.
- Global Experience: Experience in managing and challenging SI delivery in complex program environments.
- Formal Project Management Qualification: Formal project management qualification, such as PMP or Prince2 Practitioner.
