Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities and provide training on basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills to consumers/students.
- Monitor resident activity and report behavior/progress to ensure individualized skills training is provided according to residents' needs.
- Work collaboratively with other support staff to create a safe and supportive environment for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or GED and any combination of training and experience that has enabled you to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
