About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team at Gatti's Pizza. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing dough for our pizzas, ensuring that every batch meets our high standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough for baking
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Operate mixing machines and equipment to ensure consistent results
• Prepare dough for baking, including kneading, rolling, and shaping
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Experience in a production or bakery environment preferred
