About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dough Roller to join our team at Gattis Pizza (DoughPros). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and rolling out dough for our pizzas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and prepare ingredients for dough production.
  • Operate mixing machines to combine ingredients.
  • Place dough in pans or on sheets and store in the walk-in refrigerator.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory or production records.
  • Adapt dough quantities to match production needs.
  • Cut, knead, roll, and shape dough to form pizza blanks.
  • Clean dough equipment and the dough room.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Capable of following recipes and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 50 lbs.
  • Bending
  • Hands, wrists, and arms subject to repetitive movement.
  • Some strength required to knead dough.
