Job Title: Mental Health Professional

At ACCESS Group Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning, and direct clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all services provided, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain professional licensure and stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Current Arkansas license as a Mental Health Professional.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders and/or learning disabilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
