  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields to ensure evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
