**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and manage loan documentation, including credit reports, collateral documents, and financial statements.
  • Perform basic underwriting functions and submit loans for secondary market approval.
  • Coordinate loan closings and handle post-closing tasks, such as document verification and recordings.
  • Follow up with borrowers for underwriting items, manage loans coming due, and handle modifications/extensions.
  • Provide clerical support to lending staff, manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior banking experience in loan support or processing preferred.
  • Three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers, writing, and editing.
  • Must be bondable.
