POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves loading components onto the production line according to sales orders, color specifications, and any unique requirements. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load components while maintaining the pace of the production line.
- Ensure components are loaded in a manner that prevents water accumulation.
- Be prepared to rotate through various positions as required.
- Utilize labels to accurately identify the appropriate color for each component.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime as production demands.
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Able to distinguish between components of different colors.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
