About the Role
We are seeking a Supportive Living Professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to individuals in their daily lives, fostering independence, and promoting community integration.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, along with various benefits including mileage reimbursement and comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires:
- Personalized Support: Providing individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each person assisted.
- Daily Living Assistance: Supporting individuals with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing while encouraging independence.
- Health & Wellness: Helping with personal care routines like hygiene, grooming, and promoting healthy living habits, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Community Engagement: Supporting individuals in exploring and utilizing community resources, attending appointments, and participating in social activities.
- Financial & Transportation Support: Assisting with budgeting, grocery shopping, and transportation needs based on each individual's schedule.
- Communication & Collaboration: Partnering with families, managers, and external professionals to provide high-quality care.
Requirements and Qualifications

Physical Requirements
This role may require lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally and standing, walking, bending, and assisting individuals with daily activities.
