  • Perform risk assessment of incarcerated individuals and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
  • Experience in a behavioral health capacity
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
