As a Mental Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and ongoing evaluations, and provide consultation to in-house and community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis stabilization and complete intakes and ongoing evaluations
- Collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual
- Perform risk assessment of incarcerated individuals and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects
