We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Management Professional to join our team at Weifield Group Contracting. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects across various commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Maintain financial organization and tracking of electrical projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Planning: Prepare permits, project schedules, PO buyouts, project strategies, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and schedules of values for project start-up.
- Project Management: Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing.
- Project Organization: Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades.
- Project Close-Out: Execute project close-out, including preparation of O&M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' project controls/coordination experience.
- Skills: Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, working knowledge of the electrical industry, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent computer skills.
