Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technical, engineering).
  • Previous experience in leadership positions.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of Quality systems.
  • Awareness of cultural diversity in a global context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and business acumen.
  • Commitment to the values upheld by Ammega.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
Ready to undertake regular travel (up to 25%).
