Key Responsibilities of the Parts Sales Specialist

As a Parts Sales Specialist at WCTractor, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them in identifying part numbers, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of necessary components. Exceptional customer service is essential in this role.
