Steward Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rockledge Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and treatment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications, and perform various patient tests.
Responsibilities:- Assess and plan patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests, as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and improve quality of care
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting independence and self-care
- Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse License (RN) or approved multi-state license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 0-1 year of related experience, with a preferred 2-4 years of experience
