We are seeking a skilled Medication Aide to join our team at Senior Resource Group. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with medication administration and management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
- AZ Caregiver Certification Required.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
- A plus if you have some course work or training in medication administration, but not required.
