Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Fore River Urology. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our urology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with rooming and patient care procedures, including bladder scans and cystoscopies.
  • Pre-plan for patient visits, preparing charts and ensuring all consults and charts are scanned and communicated.
  • Order entry, RX processing, and outreach efforts, following standard processes and protocols.
  • Triage patient calls and perform and document necessary tests.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or Associate Degree is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Related experience in a physician's office, medical setting, or outpatient clinic is preferred.
