We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Ink Technician 2nd Shift at Admiral Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and analyze manufacturing formulations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Blend inks to match specific colors and meet customer requirements.
  • Measure and mix raw materials to create high-quality inks.
  • Perform color draw downs to ensure accurate color matching.
  • Learn to operate manufacturing equipment and support press operations to maximize up-time.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably working with color.
  • Excellent color acuity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist other departments as needed.
