Radiologic Imaging Specialist at a Renal Care Facility

About Our Organization: We are a dedicated facility focused on delivering exceptional care for individuals with kidney-related conditions across various sites. Our offerings encompass outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and management of dialysis procedures at our specialized centers, ensuring comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive services.

Position Overview: In the role of Radiologic Imaging Specialist, you will be tasked with generating high-quality fluoroscopic images during interventional procedures, aiding physicians in making critical decisions for effective dialysis management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the production and quality of radiographic images in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Facilitate the safe maneuvering of equipment and ensure accurate positioning of the C-arm for optimal imaging.
  • Operate radiology machinery, report any malfunctions, and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Reduce radiation exposure by implementing safety protocols, including beam restriction devices and patient shielding.
  • Oversee radiology supplies and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 6 months of recent clinical experience in Radiography
  • Degree in Radiography
  • Valid Oregon License as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Current ARRT certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Familiarity with EMR software
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
