Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer inquiries regarding products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including rotating product and ensuring optimal product freshness.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Take phone orders and provide gift-wrapping services as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to safely perform all duties and requirements of the position.
- Ability to safely walk, pull, push, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds over an eight-hour shift.
The retail sales associate will work in a climate-controlled retail facility with hardwood floors and extreme temperature changes. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
