Job Description

Summary

The Website Support Associate position is a critical role that requires the use of various skills, including customer service, merchandising, gift wrapping, packaging, and order accuracy. The position demands a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak sales periods, including Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of assigned website products, operational procedures, and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email.
  • Assist with gift-wrapping services and package products for transport.
  • Capable of creating and replicating gift baskets for sale.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse policies and company procedures.
  • Rotate products using a first-in, first-out method to ensure optimal product freshness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to safely perform all duties and requirements of the position.
  • Employee must have the ability to safely stand, walk, pull, push, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds over an eight-hour shift.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

The majority of work is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, which may contain allergens. The website sales associate must be able to continuously walk and stand while working in an area with temperature changes in the range of 60°F to 80°F.
