  • You will oversee the operation of assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with current operating guidelines and technical rules, with a focus on efficiency and functional safety.
  • In the event of operational deviations or malfunctions, you will develop and coordinate immediate measures to rectify the situation.
  • You will plan and organize maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our heating and generation plants.
  • You will monitor and enforce compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations, providing training to your assigned team members as needed.
  • You will serve as a liaison between our company and external service providers and customers.
  • You will participate in the on-call system and contribute to its organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You hold a master's degree in electrical or energy technology or mechatronics.
  • Experience in energy generation and distribution, particularly in the operation and maintenance of heating and generation plants, is highly valued.
  • You possess a solid understanding of power plant processes, heat generation, and distribution.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act, DIN-VDE standards, etc., is essential.
  • In this role, your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly will be crucial.
