Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

• Develop and lead Kaizen events to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Educate and train site employees on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or technology field (Six Sigma certification a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
