About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment.
  • Perform duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Possesses strong communication skills.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, employee assistance program, smoking cessation support, paid sick time, bereavement leave, child care discounts, pet insurance, credit union, cell phone discounts, and referral bonuses. Management Associates are also eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
