Chief Operating Officer

The Crossroads Center is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for implementing effective operational, managerial, and administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage staff to achieve business objectives and align with the agency's strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to drive operational and financial results.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide accurate reports on agency operations and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Encourage excellence and foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to agency policies and guidelines.
  • Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required.
  • Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.
  • Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment.
