Job Summary

The Food Preparation Specialist will be responsible for preparing food orders accurately, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their requests, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist cooks in gathering and preparing ingredients and meats for cooking.
  • Rotate and replenish products on the Taquero steamer to ensure freshness and quality.
Requirements
  • Must enjoy working with the public and have good communication skills.
  • Must have a friendly, courteous attitude and provide extraordinary customer service.
  • Must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
  • 6 months to 1 year preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn; we provide training.
