Hoxton Circle is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team on a contracted basis. As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our client navigate budget season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and annual business reports and forecasts.
  • Budget Planning and Management: Collaborate with operational leaders and finance teams to plan and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, re-forecasting, and analysis.
  • Corporate Financial Planning: Provide financial support to corporate leadership, including managing the corporate office budget and ensuring accurate reflection of operational assumptions.
  • Master Data Governance: Establish and maintain a master data governance policy and process, working closely with the CIO and IT team.
  • Project Support: Provide financial support to project control, including establishing key forecasting and internal reporting activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in a financial capacity, with 2-3 years of corporate consolidations experience and 7+ years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience managing budgets and forecasts for a multi-billion-dollar company at the corporate level. Proficient in ERPs, reporting/consolidation tools, and MS Office.
