Job Summary

The Relief Customer Service Representative in Kansas City, MO plays a vital role in building strong relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations. This position requires a high level of motivation, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to balance sales growth goals with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company step van to provide products and services to clients.
  • Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage daily routes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures.
  • Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy.
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Develop leads and prospects, and prepare service agreements.
  • Assist the sales organization with new business procurement.
  • Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent driving record and customer service experience.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience selling services and generating new business.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Working Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours. The Relief Customer Service Representative must be able to lift and maneuver products up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The position also requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education and Certifications

A high school degree or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is also required.
