We are seeking a skilled Critical Care RN to join our Medical ICU team at PeaceHealth. As a Meal Break RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while enjoying a unique schedule that includes meal breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
- Participate in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention program
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Minimum of six months critical care RN experience in an acute care facility within the last five years required, or successful completion of an approved critical care training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire
- State of Oregon Nursing License required
- BLS at date of hire required
