Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our full-service food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, poolside, and in-room dining service
  • Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Perform routine table checks and respond to occupancy changes
  • Work to reduce payroll while increasing productivity
  • Oversee supervisory staff, designated trainers, and hourly associates
  • Support the training program and efforts of the staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality preferred
  • Food Handler's Certificate and TABC Certificate required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driver insurability requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and resort operations
  • Previous supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching experience
  • Flexibility, creativity, social and interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, initiative, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to get along well with others, demonstrate flexibility and patience, work as a member of a team, and lead as a team leader
