Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students with communication disorders. This will include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each student
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend regular meetings and provide progress reports on student performance
Requirements:
- A valid Alabama state SLP License
- Minimum 1+ years experience in speech therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
