Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support residents in their recovery journey, promoting positive coping mechanisms and skills.
  • Embody and share The Well's mission and values through daily interactions and role modeling.
  • Maintain a therapeutic environment, ensuring safety, positivity, and compliance with program standards.
  • Administer medications post-certification, which The Well supports financially and through training.
  • Complete office tasks, adhere to confidentiality regulations, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
