Job Type: Full-time

Description: RenewAire is in search of an Assembly Technician to contribute to our efforts in assembling energy recovery ventilation units tailored for our residential clientele.

This position is ideal for individuals with light assembly experience or those who take pleasure in hands-on work. As an Assembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to utilize hand tools for the assembly of Residential ERV units.

You will operate in a climate-controlled workspace and will receive personalized training to ensure you acquire the essential skills to thrive in your position.

WHAT RENEWAIRE PROVIDES:

  • Flexible Scheduling Options:
    Monday - Thursday: Four 10-hour days OR Monday - Friday: Five 8-hour days with no mandatory weekends

Requirements:

  • Some experience with hand tools such as rivet guns, air drills, screwdrivers, etc.
  • A passion for hands-on building

Work Environment:

Physical Demands:
In this role, you will frequently be required to:

  • See, talk, and hear
  • Stand for extended periods, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. regularly and 60 lbs. occasionally

Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
