We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and overseeing the daily operations of a specific area of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Tour your area to ensure it meets our customer's expectations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Work hand-in-hand with team associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and plan for upcoming events and promotions that will impact your area.
  • Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage cash handling responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  • Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $36.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
