We're seeking a charismatic and beer-loving individual to join our team at PepperJacks Subs' new Nano Brewery in Annapolis Junction/Savage.
Responsibilities:- Point of Sale Expertise: Efficiently navigate our Point of Sale system to provide exceptional customer service.
- Beer Service: Serve a variety of beers on tap, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
- Keg Management: Change kegs as needed to maintain a diverse selection of beers.
- Bar Maintenance: Clean bar glassware and maintain a clean work environment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Beer Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our rotational beers and be prepared to answer questions and offer suggestions to customers.
- Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Pressure Management: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and multitask with ease.
- Team Player: Showcase an outgoing personality and a strong team player attitude to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Availability: Must have Thursday-Saturday availability, as we are closed on Sundays.
