Job Summary

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise regional managers and technical staff, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Maintenance Operations: Manage all maintenance projects, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal codes and guidelines, as well as OSHA requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication across teams, departments, and vendors.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics, conduct audits, and maintain safety standards.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop team members through established HR processes and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressively complex management and related experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of warehouse powered equipment, recycle systems, disaster/hazard planning principles, and OSHA requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical: Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
