Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CNB Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), customer service center calls, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their service or transaction needs and referring banking products and services as needed.
  • Manage complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor and industry-wide solutions and standards, embracing change and new technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform all requests from clients and coworkers in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
  • Take advantage of training and learning opportunities to further increase banking knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
  • Bilingual skills - fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, possess professional communication and interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively with clients and employees.
  • Ability to use telephone systems, possess good computer skills, and learn core transaction systems, debit card systems, and other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
