Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our NetSec Product Go-To-Market Programs & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on GTM programs for our NetSec business, in collaboration with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive business growth and streamline operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop effective GTM programs
  • Analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives, program reporting, and projects with high quality and clear communication
  • Provide technical expertise on our NetSec portfolio and engage with customers to drive business outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across the sales organization to drive initiatives and receive continuous feedback from key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Sales and Marketing Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations, or equivalent experience
  • Track record of driving successful cross-functional initiatives from design to execution
  • Excellent data analytics and quantitative modeling skills, with a willingness to learn our specific data systems
  • Ability to package analyses and strategies into concise and compelling presentations for various audiences
  • Experience with GTM programs, such as acquisition/migration/cross-sell/upsell/winback
  • Self-starter with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience

Compensation Disclosure:

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158,000 - $255,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
